  • Make the chocolate dough by mixing together all the ingredients for the dough and kneading together till uniform and smooth. Pinch off into equal bits the size of a marble.
  • To make the fillings, mix the ingredients for the respective fillings together into a smooth dough. Again, pinch off into equal bits a little smaller than the size of a marble.
  • To assemble -Take a bit of the milk chocolate dough and press and shape into cups. Put in the desired filling and cover with the chocolate dough, pinching together the joints and roll into smooth balls between your palms. Lightly grease your palms if needed so that the dough doesn't stick.
  • Allow the chocolate balls to dry for a few hours and place in paper cups or wrap in decorative foil and pack as desired. If you would like to shape your chocolates, press them into moulds, let them set and then unmould them before wrapping in foil.
  • These chocolates do not require refrigeration.
