Easy Potato Bread for Taste & Create

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 cup cheese grated processed (this was what I had)
  • 2 cups potatoes cooked , mashed
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour, salt, dried herbsmustard and baking powders into the bowl of the processor. Pulse a couple of times till mixed.
  • Keep aside about 2 tbsp of the cheese and add the remaining cheese and mashed potatoes to this. Pulse again till mixed. Now add the water and oil and process till everything comes together as a soft dough.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape into a round approximately 8u201d in diameter. Placed on a greased sheet/ tray. Mark the loaf into four without cutting through. I used a sharp knife for this. Sprinkle the 2 tbsp grated cheese over the loaf and bake at 220C for about 30minutes. Cool on a rack.
