Chikoo or Sapota Milkshake
A creamy and chilled milkshake made with chikoo or sapota fruit, milk, and sugar that's perfect to beat the summer heat.

- 5 large Chikoos or Sapodillas
- 1 litre chilled milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- vanilla ice cream optional
- Grated dark chocolate to garnish
- Fresh mint to garnish
Peel the fruit and remove the seeds. Cut into quarters and blend with a cup of the milk, sugar and the vanilla extract till smooth. Blend in the remaining milk.
Pour into 4 tall glasses. Add a scoop of ice-cream, if using. Garnish with grated chocolate and fresh mint. Serve immediately.
