Strawberries + Chilled Milk = Strawberry Milkshake!

I have found this to be the easiest way to have one's quota of some fruit and milk. My daughter has a few favourites when it comes to fruit. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled
  • 3 glasses milk chilled (I use skimmed )
  • to taste sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Put all the above ingredients together and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve
  • You can make any milkshake using a fruit of your choice and changing the flavouring to suit the fruit.You can also use a combination of fruit to make a milk shake.
  • Another variation on this shake is cold coffee. Just add about 1/4 a cup coffee decoction instead of the strawberries.
