Vietnamese Iced Coffee - Cafe Sua Da/ Ca-Phe Sua Da

A Vietnamese iced coffee, a great summer drink, made with drip coffee decoction or espresso, sweetened condensed milk and a lot of ice cubes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Espresso coffee freshly brewed (or use 2 tbsps grounds for the drip filter coffee)
  • 1/8 cup sweetened condensed milk (2 tbsp)
  • Ice to serve (1/2 the glass full)

Instructions
 

  • Put the ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour the condensed milk into another shorter glass. Top up with the Espresso and mix well while the brew is still hot so the condensed milk will dissolve well.
  • Pour the thick and dark almost chocolate coloured liquid over the ice cubes and stir with a long spoon. Serve with a straw. Enjoy!
