A creamy and chilled milkshake made with chikoo or sapota fruit, milk, and sugar that’s perfect to beat the summer heat.

Instructions
  1. Peel the fruit and remove the seeds. Cut into quarters and blend with a cup of the milk, sugar and the vanilla extract till smooth. Blend in the remaining milk.
  2. Pour into 4 tall glasses. Add a scoop of ice-cream, if using. Garnish with grated chocolate and fresh mint. Serve immediately.
