Cut the feta cheese in small thin pieces (2-inches x 1-inch and about 1/2-inch thick).
Roll the puff pastry out thin and cut into 3-inch squares. Place 1 piece of Feta on one half of each square. Fold over and seal the edges well. Crimp with a fork. Make sure the edges are well sealed. Else they will open up during baking.
Place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180C (350F) for about 20 minutes or so, or till the puff pastry crisps and turns golden brown.
Serve warm drizzled with honey and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over this.
